Office Administrator

Terms: Fixed term, up to 30 hours per week Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Salary: £22,000 (pro rata)

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a highly organised individual to coordinate and organise the office, and support the team. This is a part-time role to cover maternity leave.

Key responsibilities

  • Diary management and general administration − including travel arrangements when circumstances allow − for the Managing Director
  • Financial processes, including raising orders, processing invoices for payment, and sending customer invoices
  • Process monthly credit card statements
  • Process paperwork for contract renewals, new suppliers, and customers
  • General administration and office organisation, including meeting room preparation, tracking leave, and ordering office supplies (coffee, stationery, etc.)
  • Visitor coordination – arrange passes, escort to meetings, etc.
  • Phone management

Skills and experience

  • A well-organised individual
  • An understanding of the Office suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
